His mix on “SuperBass” propelled it to be one of the highest charting singles in US history and is certified Diamond. Based out of Los Angeles, Ariel Chobaz has been mixing for major and independent artists for over 15 years. He has helped shape the sound of the industry and has taken mixing to a new level of professionalism and attainability by offering affordable mixing services to labels, producers, and artists. THE LOCATIONS
THE EXPERIENCE
The LA Music Industry Singers Audition Package provides artists with professionally recorded, mixed/master demos, along with access to industry leaders and talent agencies. Participants will record up to two demos with preexisting tracks or a live piano under the guise of our Music Supervisor, Ariel Chobaz. Participants will also have the option to receive new headshots and video recordings of their sessions.
RECORDING
Record up to two songs in one session with our professional engineers. Recordings will be mixed/mastered under the guise of our Music Supervisor, Ariel Chobaz.
TALENT AGENCIES
Participants will have access to our cooperative talent and casting agencies provide the access you need to get started. Our group of representatives will help you create a strong EPK to present to different agencies across the USA.
MASTERCLASS
Attend a series of classes covering topics such as audition techniques, becoming a session singer, songwriting, voice over artist, and creating a strong electronic press kit.
ASSET REVIEW
Your current assets will undergo thorough review and evaluation. This encompasses a range of materials such as CVs, headshots, and portfolios.

HOW TO APPLY
To apply, you must be at least 18 years of age and have a passion for singing. Younger singers are eligible to apply but there is additional paperwork to be signed by a legal guardian.
Interested applicants should complete the application with the link below.
Applicants will have the option to submit an existing demo of their choice or a one page statement of interest.
After completing the application, a member of our team will be in contact with you in 7 - 10 business days.
There is limited availability in each city and preference is geared to those who apply early.

Collaborating with an experienced engineer who understands the nuances of your voice is essential to ensure your full potential is properly captured.
As a participant of the LA Music Industry Singer's Audition Package, you will receive quality recordings supervised by Ariel Chobaz, an expert audio engineer who has worked with the top artists in the industry.
You will also attend daily classes to broaden your scope of knowledge about the music industry to help create for yourself a strong audition package to be shared with talent agencies and casting directors.

Who can apply?
Anyone who has interest in the music industry is eligible to apply. You must be at least 18 years of age.
How do I apply to the academy?
Click the link below to apply. Applications will be processed by our partnering organization, The Society for the Performing and Visual Arts and is available in the link below.
How should I submit my original work or performing?
You should upload your original work or performance to GoogleDrive, DropBox, or another shareable paltform, and send us a downloadable link for us to view.
When is the application due?
Applications will close 30 days prior to the start of the session.
How do I make payments?
Payments can made electronically or by check.
